Megan's is an all-day dining restaurant with a Mediterranean influence. In the morning we serve breakfast's (Eggs Benedict, Avocado on Toast, granola (etc), smoothies, juices and sexy coffees. Over lunch we have chef made salads, quiches and grilled meats/fish (think Ottolenghi, Baker and Spice). Come the evening we serve funky kebabs, Baked Eggs and stone baked pizzas. If you want a Michelin star look elsewhere; we would rather have the freshest fish possible served with the best fries for dinner and the best home-made granola and baked eggs for breakfast.
We are currently recruiting a management team for our new location in Parsons Green. We are looking for an experienced GM, AM and a Supervisor (3 separate roles) who can competently run a busy service on their own, with a passion for good wine, great food, great coffee and top notch relaxed yet professional service. If you don't eat out yourself this is probably not the role for you.
The potential candidate would have;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of busy all day restaurants/cafés (we have a busy daytime takeaway trade as well as the full restaurant offer).
• experience running a restaurant/café and leading shifts on their own.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions, plan and be pro active.
• experience in training and a desire to develop others.
• experience in back office hospitality e.g. Rota’s, cashing up, ordering.
• Hardworking, motivated, efficient, fast, hands on, personable, thorough with attention to detail and a thirst for perfection.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

• AM Salary – £28.8k (£24k basic + £4.8k OT Bonus)
