If you do, then we need to talk, we are looking to hire the 'Best of the Best' talented Global QA Manager for our London office.
This is a 'Big Job' we are looking for an experienced QA Manager with a strong technical background with hands on testing, automation and development skills. You should have extensive experience of working with multiple third-party suppliers, strong in planning and coordinating activities across the multiple delivery, along with advising on process improvements to make the testing efficient.
We are expanding and you will be leading a new team of QA Testing experts (some of the best in the business) supporting a number of exciting development projects for some of the world's largest financial organisations.

So, what are we going to ask you to do as a Global QA Manager?
* To get Stuck in and be accountable for Test Management activities for our global Risk and compliance products.
* Requirement review, test case outline, defect analysis and track, issue identification.
* Participate in Project Release plan discussion and finalization, risk control and change management etc.
* Architect and deliver highly collaborative automated test solutions.
* Define the Master Test Strategy for functional, non-functional and regression testing.
* Provide weekly feedback to CTO.
* Manage a team size of 50 people based in multiple locations.
* Agree Project testing scope with stakeholders.
* Develop the departmental Performance and Security Test Strategy.
* Create project performance test approaches, plans and feasibility.
* Engage with project teams to bring work into the performance team.
* Provides feedback for continual process improvement.
* Plan and manage capacity testing for core systems.
* Collaborating with wider inter-departmental performance testing teams.

* A minimum of Foundation certificate in Software Testing (ISEB/ISTQB) or equivalent (desirable).
* Adapt quickly to change and prioritise time and direct resources effectively.
* Strong oral and written communications.
* To be able to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure.
* Diligent attitude towards Software Quality and a dedicated team player.
* A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, adaptable and results driven.
* experience of working in a large financial organisation.
* Some travel will be required - visits to our new Birmingham office.
Essential Criteria:
Can you say you have the following?
* Significant experience of using performance testing tools -HP Performance Center - Load Runner, HP UFT (Quick Test) and scripting, executing tests, recording results and managing defects.
* experience of Selenium and BDD.
* experience of performing the role of Global QA test lead.
* Strong experience and working knowledge of performance testing, approaches and concepts.
* Ability to translate business requirements and technical designs into performance test approaches and test cases.
* A solid understanding of the Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
* Ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, often across various locations and time-zones.
* HP Performance Center - Load Runner, HP UFT (Quick Test) and scripting, executing tests, recording results and managing defects.
* Knowledge of software development life cycle, such as Agile/XP/RUP and complicated software testing methodologies.
* Strong WEB automation testing tools experience, such as QTP, Selenium, AutoIT etc.
* Broad based IT knowledge and experience (Hardwar, Networking, and Middleware).
