Highly Experienced Housekeeper
Permanent housekeeper job opportunity has become available for hardworking and eager individual to Barkston Rooms, London Earls Court.
We are looking for dedicated individual with long experience in the hospitality. We are hostel with 94 rooms at the property.
As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities include:
Main duties include, but are not limited to:
*Consistently achieving high standards of cleanliness and customer care in all Hostels public areas
*Ensuring correct staffing levels in line with business demands and budgets
*Supervising and directing all housekeeping team members, ensuring the highest standards are achieved at all times
*Maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the Hostel
*Maintaining staff discipline, behavior and standards at all times
*Completing and updating all relevant risk assessments and COSHH assessments
*Maintaining the training and development of all staff including all health and safety, COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and fire procedures
*Controlling the department supplies, liaising with suppliers to seek the best quality supplies whilst maintaining the department budget
You will be well suited for this position if:
Previous experience of working as a housekeeper or cleaner in hospitality
Hard working, having a positive attitude, good team player and highly responsible.
