YBF award winning chef Terri Mercieca is looking for a passionate and motivated kitchen assistant to join the pastry production team at Fraise Sauvage and Happy Endings.
We are looking for someone organized and efficient with an eye for detail to come in as a kitchen assistant. Previous experience in the kitchen, with an interest in cooking is a must. Duties will include serving as a kitchen porter, taking on the responsibility of ensuring health and safety procedures are being adhered to and assisting the chefs in production. We are a growing company and would love to have staff member who is interested in coming on that journey with us.
Must have 1 year minimum of kitchen experience and a current Level 2 Hygiene and Food Handling Certificate. Part time available, flexible hours, must have evening and weekend (inc. Bank Holidays) availability. When applying please state your availability and average hours desired.
