We are looking for one full time German/English Speaking Customer Service Assistant for full time work. The position will start at £21,000 per year with opportunities for advancement.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS
DUTIES:
-Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone in both German and English.
-Receive inbound calls as well as pro-actively making outbound calls to customers.
-Resolving customer requests, questions and complaints.
-To maintain accurate administrative and IT records as directed.
-Assist with general English to German translation work.
REQUIREMENTS:
-You will need to speak and write English and German fluently.
-Have good understanding of computers and understand how to use Microsoft office products.
-You will need to be available to work a roster with potential weekend shifts included.
-You must be legally allowed to work in UK.
experience REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
-Previous Customer Service experience would be good but not essential.
-References from your previous employers will be required.
