We need to fill three positions. Our general staff need to cope with very busy periods due to us running inside the Blackheath Conservatoire of Arts and Music, when the lessons are on we can have bottlenecks of customers who all need serving at once.
The kitchen cook needs to be able to prepare for those busy periods following planning and instruction from our Director and executive chef, and also learn to provide our signature lunch items to be sold in another site, all instruction and guidance will be given. A porter is needed to be flexible on cleaning and preparation, with clear guidance given.
