Blue Square Residential Ltd is a fast growing and dynamic company which offers an array of housing services, from residential lettings to property management. We currently manage a portfolio of over 600 properties throughout West London (Ealing, Hanwell, Acton)
We are looking for a skilled handyman:
SKILLS REQUIRED
Duties will involve:
• Painting and Decorating
• Plumbing (changing taps, replacing washing machines, cleaning blocked traps)
• Basic electrics (changing light fittings, electrical heaters installations)
• General property repairs
• Basic carpentry (mainly door installation, lock changes)
• Some physical work required such as moving furniture and delivering beds, occasional rubbish clearance
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Full clean driving licence
• Committed to meeting deadlines and targets
• Fluent English
We will offer the successful candidate:
• Use of a company vehicle
THE HOURS
Position: Full Time
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Evenings and weekend work may be occasionally required during busy periods)
Salary based on experience and qualifications

Based in Chiswick, West London
