St Paul’s Cottage Surgery
General Practitioner Receptionist/Administration job
Our friendly practice, just by Wimbledon Common, is looking for a kind, well-organised, motivated individual to join our professional, fun team as a receptionist.
We are a small but expanding practice so need someone who is a good team player, flexible, committed, is able to work under pressure and can competently juggle lots of tasks at the same time – all whilst smiling!
This full-time permanent position is 36 hours a week, rotating late and early shifts to cover our core hours which are Monday-Friday 08:00-20:30.
The role involves helping our patients with appointments and queries and managing a wealth of administrative tasks involved in working alongside our doctors and nurses – you need to like interacting with people, be able to think and act very fast and be confident with computers.
The pay starts at £8.54 p/h rising to £9.15 p/h on successful completion of your probationary period with four weeks paid holiday.
If this sounds like you, please send your CV with a good covering letter for the attention of Sheamus Stack, Practice Manager, by Friday 17 November 2022
No need to ring the surgery – if you want to know more, take a look at our website. We will be in touch with those who are successfully shortlisted.
