General Managers Must Have…
At least 1 year of experience within a General Manager position within a food retail environment
A can-do, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to multi-task
A strong business acumen
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent service skills with the ability to predict guests needs and build a loyal customer base
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
A proven track record of effective organisation and planning
A strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail
