Who we are
Urban Baristas started way back in June 2021 by two Aussies, Huw and Jono who were sick of drinking low quality chain coffee in London.
They set out about changing this by opening a small kiosk in Bounds Green Underground Station serving the commuters of North London.
One year on and Urban Baristas have 4 sites across London and a few more in the pipeline.
Location
Urban Baristas Queensway is our new flagship shop bringing a bit of East vibes to West London. It is the first Urban Baristas to offer a full brunch selection including eggs and more elaborated dishes, with capacity for 59 seat covers. Urban Baristas strive to serve great specialty grade coffee, together with high quality food in a comfortable, trendy, design-led environment with friendly customer service.
Urban Baristas Queensway is a trendy brunch spot for locals and tourists visiting this lovely side of London. It has a buzzing atmosphere, fantastic brunch culture and a healthy approach to food and drinks.
The Role
We're looking for a passionate and talented individual to lead our energetic site.
As General Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a good all-around approach to running a fast-paced café. Ideally we’re looking for someone who can keep their cool, develop their team around them and, most importantly, make sure the customers and team have fun! 
This role will be managing a team of up to 15 staff and overseeing the service of coffee and brunch by day, and cocktails and sharing plates by night (to be introduced on a later stage).
