We're rapidly building a rep as one of London's most scrumptious slices, and need someone with the experience, charisma and creativity to take our restaurant, takeaway and delivery offers to the next level. Our awesome basement bar has massive private hire potential, so the ideal candidate will also be brimming with innovative ideas to drive this side of the business.
We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about pizza
A foodie - a lover and aficionado of all things food and Booze!
A positive 'Yes!' kind of person
A creative, innovative thinker
A leader - someone who inspires!
Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends.
Previous GM or AM experience (minimum 1 year)

GM responsibilities include:

Leading our tight-knit team of pizzaiolas and front of house staff.
Delivering outstanding service and food to our customers.
Training, motivating and developing our team.
Maintaining our super-high standards to achieve excellent food safety results.
Smashing sales targets and driving the development of all aspects of the business.
