Are you a confident, approachable and inspiring manager? We’re looking for a strong GM to take the reins at our busy Soho restaurant. Tonkotsu is dedicated to providing friendly and efficient service and offering the best ramen in London. Soho is our original and busiest restaurant and we’re looking for an experienced manager who can keep building on that success.
To join our team, you should have at least six months experience in a general manager role or at least a year’s experience as a senior assistant manager in a busy restaurant. You should be willing to work hard, excel at motivating and managing your team whilst keeping it fun, have exceptional attention to detail, play a team game and be committed to providing customers with the best food and service possible.

Duties:
All day-to-day activities of the restaurant
Excel at customer service, quality control of food
Human Resources – recruitment, management, motivation, disciplinary
compliance – Health and Safety and Food Safety management
Work to sales, staff and CoS budgets
Stock Control
Work with operations and senior management to ensure Tonkotsu’s standards are maintained.
