Porky's is a Memphis thing!
We offer our famous slowed cooked bbq ribs, pulled pork, pastrami and chicken alongside craft Beers and great cocktails served with Southern hospitality and blues, country and rock ‘n roll.
We are looking for someone to open our third Porky's site. This is an exciting opportunity for the right GM!
That special someone must be enthusiastic and positive with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. We want someone with a passion for creating a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Previous experience as a GM with a proven track record is essential.
You will be responsible for managing the complete business. This will include: recruiting, training, managing and motivating all floor, bar and kitchen staff, as well as stock control, gross profit and the day to day financial and operational aspect of the company. Ultimately to create a great experience for our customers!
You will receive a great deal of support from the current managers, owners and operations manager.
The Package:
- Salary is £28k - £32k a year with a bonus (£4k guaranteed - £7k a year)
- 28 Days holidays per year
Applicants must of course be well presented, speak fluent English, and hold a valid EU working visa, national insurance number and bank account.
We are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible so we can get the correct level of training implemented before we open.
