Our new venue DUO in Camden opening this summer.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team. This is a unique time to join us, as you will be leading the re-brand and re-launch of our newly refurbished bar and event space!
The ideal candidate will be a natural with people – that includes your peers, team, and guests! You will be passionate about ensuring that the team never settle for anything less than perfection, as they will take pride in the drinks and service they provide. Candidates who have previous experience of managing a high to mid end bar operation from either a private members club, hotels or a sought-after cocktail bar is desirable.
As Bar Manager, you will have complete autonomy and responsibility of the bar operation, which includes;
Effective team management – recruiting, training and developing your team to the highest level.
Delivery of the marketing plan– in line with promotions and brand standards.
Product knowledge – you will be the “expert” of our drinks range.
Financial targets – ownership of all aspects of the P and L which includes but is not limited to – cost control, General Practitioner , stock management, labor etc.
Communication- ensure that you build strong relationships with the events and front of house teams so that you are able to prepare and plan your ordering, rosters, budget etc.
