A highly experienced General Manager/ess required for exciting new Hotel and Craft Beer pub in Archway North London.
We are a small independent pub company about to relaunch a Pub / Boutique Hotel, and have plans to expand in the London region. We need ambitious creative people that can grow with us.
You will need a minimum of 3 years experience of operating a Pub. Previous experience of working in a Pub with a connected Hostel or Hotel business would also be advantageous but not essential.
We may consider assistant managers looking to step up with strong experience within a Hostel or B and B pub background.
Strong leadership skills together with a passion to drive the business forward is essential. Personal licence required. The position can be adapted for live in or out, any package will be negotiable based on skills and experience.
Key responsibilities include.
- All drink stock ordering and General Practitioner management
- Overseeing the full pub operation including opening and closing the business
- Regular bar duties
- Team leadership, training and coaching other team members
- Cellar and beer line management
- Taking an active role in social media and event organization
- Checking in guests and answering any queries that they may have.
- Some light cleaning work
- Maintaining a professional outlook and a proper upkeep of the check in desk.
- Various Ad-hoc duties.

You will be working 48 hours per week over 5 days and our pay rate is £23k - £26k, we also have in place an extremely lucrative profit sharing scheme.
