The Queens Head is an independent pub in the heart of London’s West End. We have developed a great reputation for serving simple but well made British dishes using fresh ingredients from local suppliers and serving well-kept Beers from small and independent breweries. Our main focus is to deliver the best experience for the customer, we do that with a genuine and friendly service style, by applying this principle together with some hard work we are now rated in the top 200 restaurants in London on Trip Advisor. We want to continue to move in the right direction both in the bar and the restaurant and we are looking for somebody with a passion for the industry to help us achieve this. We have a great team of staff and its key for us to find the right person who can lead and inspire them. Skills and qualities we are looking for from you:

Strong skills in reporting, task management, stock control and budgeting.
Ability to implement changes, a positive outlook and self motivation.
Professional attitude towards work.
Impeccable standards of compliance in Licensing, Food Safety, Risk Assessment and Fire Safety.

Salary package

£29,000 - 40 Hour contract
£36,250 - 50 Hour contract
28 Days holiday per year
