We are looking for a General Manager to lead our team in Tooting and continue to grow the business. You need to be hands on, show good control of stocks and General Practitioner , be able to train a team on food and drink. It's currently a 80/20 wet/dry split but we are looking to grow the food further so we'd expect you to work closely with the chef on this.
It has a big event space to host a whole range of parties, weddings, live music etc. We just need you to you come with some solid ideas and make them happen.
We offer a great rate of pay, flexible working hours so you can still have a life and we will give all the support necessary to make the bar run to the best of it's ability.
Quarterly bonuses paid with realistic targets that we will set together.
