We have a unique opportunity available for a General Management consultancy. The venue is a rum based, fun cocktail bar, with a late licence in NW6. We are looking for a hands on, experienced GM to join us for up to 6 months (longer tenures available for the right person). The ideal person will be focused on sales growth, have immaculate standards and posses marketing prowess.
