About the role
experience: Minimum 2 years management experience, preferably within an independent or creative operation. Evidence of business growth is required.
As an Antic Manager you will be key in our mission to deliver really great pubs that people love. In your pub whether it is an existing venue or a new opening, you will be given autonomy to make critical business decisions that promote the growth of the business. At Antic we do not look for the standard pub manager. We require creativity, entrepreneurial qualities and a natural intuition for business, and hospitality. We partner with our people and empower them with independence. We allow managers to be managers and chefs to be chefs.
