We are seeking a new General Manager at Hally’s in Parsons Green. Hally’s is a popular cafe-restaurant in the Fulham area, serving fresh, innovative food, artisan coffee, boutique wine and inventive cocktails in a bright, relaxed environment. The role will also include overseeing our sister juice bar, Little H, across the road from Hally's.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to manage this well-loved cafe in a beautiful neighbourhood, and join an exciting growing company.
You must have good management experience in a similar type of restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Being accountable for the financial performance of the cafe
- Driving the sales and maximising profitability
- Managing wage costs
- Managing the health and safety system
- Meeting and beating targets set by the owners
- Recruitment, management and training of staff
- Inspiring and motivating the team
- Creating ideas to develop the business and drive sales
- Having a close working relationship with the owners and the Head Chef
