We are a quaint and cosy café and pub located centrally in Crofton Park and we are on the lookout for an experienced and customer focused General Manager to operate day to day service in tandem with the Head Chef.
About Us:
Jam Circus is a unique venue among our large pub company. We have a full offering of lunch, dinner and late night drinking and dancing. Jam Circus is a community hub and is now seeking a GM to breathe life into the business and continue growth.
We are happy to offer support, training and development at each step of your employment. We specialise in lots of lovely beer, great coffee, tasty food and charming service.
About You:
-Prior experience as a General Manager
-A warm, personable and professional nature.
-Passion for and knowledge of food and drink and the London scene.
-Ability to maintain effective food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
-Ability to control wage cost and liquor stock.
-Ability to implement and maintain effective systems, processes and controls.
-A willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead your team by example.
