2. You’re on it: You’re nailing peak shifts with the team, managing food prep, cleaning schedules and finding that new waitress. Yet you still make time to sit down for a chat with your supervisor to give them feedback on their shift. You’re not fazed - you take it all in your stride with a smile.
3. You’re caring and decent: You know when to have fun but also when to sit someone down for a serious chat. You know that managing people is the hardest and most important part of your job – we favour a relaxed, but firm and fair approach.
What we need:
1. You’re experienced: You’ve worked as a General Manager before with experience running a restaurant in either a branded or independent business.
2. You're a multitasking grafter: You’re just as happy being face to face with customers as you are reviewing your P and L, implementing new processes and recruiting the right team.
3. You're detailed: Do you care about the detail? We do. From the ingredients and presentation of our food to the brand standards in our restaurant and across all aspects of the business. They all add up to make the Baba Boom experience.
4. You’re entrepreneurial: As a fast growing business things change, quickly. We need someone comfortable with uncertainty, who’s flexible and tenacious. We’re not the finished article. Together we will build the processes, systems and culture as we grow and you will play a role in shaping what we become.
