General Manager - Unique Food Retail Business - Monday - Friday
This independent fresh food retail business is currently looking for a dynamic General Manager to head up their City shop. This is a busy site with a motivated and experienced team in place.
We are looking for a special someone with great people skills who have the drive and experience to lead and motivate others.
The key responsibilities include:
Maintaining excellent guest service at all times.
Team scheduling
Recruiting
All financials
Ordering and stock takes
All dues diligence
You will ideally have experience within a quick service food retail business - strong branded experience is ideal. A positive and upbeat personality is a must to reflect this great brand.
You may be an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your 1st General Manager role or a General Manager looking for a position within a smaller business where you could potentially be involved in the roll out moving forward.
