A young entrepreneurial retail business with great plans for expansion. The group focuses on artisan and craft produce, only using small independent suppliers and have a variety of departments within their shops from coffee, to pastry to cheese and charcuterie, craft beer and wine as well as a deli.
The role
We are looking for a General Manager with a passion for food and fresh produce as well as good knowledge of wine and beer. Your main responsibility will be the overall managing of the venue and you will have full financial accountability.
The ideal candidate
Will have previous management experience, within retail or hospitality (both preferred) but must have experience within the food and beverage sector. We are looking for a candidate with sound financial acumen, strong sales skills, excellent customer service and communication skills as well as good experience in stock management.

Central London location
Expect 6am starts but 40-45 hour working weeks - so more of a work-life balance
