General Cleaner– Full Time/Part Time
About your role
As a cleaner you’ll create the right first impression with a warm welcoming meet and greet, look smart, listen and show initiative as you help all visitors to the centre. Key will be your ability to deliver outstanding customer care and service in a proactive manner. You will need to ensure the area of responsibility is kept clean to the high standards expected at all times
You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, on speaking with public
. Responsibilities within the cleaning role include:
• Providing a welcoming manner
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the area
Routine basic low level maintenance required
Use of cleaning machines and scrubbers required
• Actively help customers select activities and services within the centr
