Catering Assistant (Greenwich) Part-time Corus are looking for motivated, friendly, responsible Kitchen Assistant to work in an education establishment in Greenwich on a temporary part time basis. What you will do You will organise, prepare and cook a healthy, balanced diet for children in accordance with the menu's under the direction of the Catering Manager. To take into consideration those children who have dietary requirements and prepare a suitable alternative. Prepare a suitably balanced rotating menu taking into account dietary and cultural requirements of the children. Ensure high levels of hygiene, health and safety is maintained in the kitchen at all times. What require from you * Travel to Greenwich * Must have 2 years experience. If you have experience of working in an educational establishment we may consider less experience. * Must have at least a classroom based Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate dated within the past 2 years * Strong knowledge of food allergies * Strong knowledge of Nutritious foods for children * You must have a clean Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months The hours are 11am - 2pm Monday - Friday, pay rate is £9.15ph This is an immediate requirement and starts Monday 30th October.
