General Builder/Multitrader Wanted
We are a small building firm in South East London looking for a new General Builder/ Multi-Trader.
Contract – Ongoing. Start Monday 15 May 2022/ as soon as possible
Hours – 4-5 days per week.
Salary – £130 per day cash/£160 gross if CIS. Will be cash to start. UTR/CIS preferred.
experience
1. Good experience in the following – Building, Fencing, Painting/Decorating.
2. experience in some/all of the following – Roofing, Gutters, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Carpentry, Electrics, Plastering, Plumbing and Tiling.
Personal Skills – Can work independently or as part of a team. Reliable. Good with customers, good attitude, helpful, team player. Clean and tidy worker.
Other – Own van/car and tools preferred.
Language - Fluent English required.
Location – Close to Lewisham preferred. Most of our work is within 5 miles of Lewisham.
