We are a busy office catering company based 1 minute from Wandsworth Common Railway Station.

We are seeking a part-time accounting assistant who can attend once per week and perform the following functions:

Sales Invoice Processing
Accounts Payable Processing
Credit Control and Reconciliation Work
Filing and Admin for VAT returns
Payroll Responsibilities
General Office Functions and Administration.
Website Administration

Knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel2Sage are very important as will your ability to be very comfortable with excel.

Ideally you are working as a Book-keeper, Accounts Assistant already and are just seeking a role elsewhere so you can take on a job around your own personal commitments.

There will be assistance both remotely, with the Sage Help Desk and onsite so you will be supported as much as possible.
