We require a teacher of GCSE English at our successful Alternative Provision for up to 70 students in North London.
Immediate start, permanent position, 5 days, 8.30:am – 3:pm.
A challenging position in a growing establishment teaching students for whom conventional education has been found to be unsuitable. Small class sizes and high staff / pupil ratios (1:3 or better) enable a fulfilling and rewarding experience to staff that really want to make a difference. Ofsted rated ‘Good’, the school is held in high regard by referrer schools and local authorities.
The school is led by a dedicated Headteacher who is associated with a number of successful education projects in North London.

Candidates must have recognised teaching qualifications, relevant experience and be able to demonstrate excellent personal qualities, drive and dedication to student outcomes. The ability to manage challenging behaviour and work in a fast paced, fluid environment is essential. Competence and confidence across office applications and equipment is required to access systems for student tracking and reports.
