We are an award-winning bar and restaurant in SW11 looking for a professional and engaging Bar Manager on a full-time basis.
Personality, cocktail creativity and stock accountability are key responsibilities for this exciting position.
You will enjoy having a high level of presentation and bring a level of professionalism while being approachable, friendly and genuine. Working alongside the chef and GM you will work to pair great food along with your wines and cocktails. You will also be involved with creating special events, cocktail classes and food pairings.
