As Soft Landscaping Foreman what you'll need is the following:

Plant identification knowledge
Plant care knowledge
Knowledge of pruning and shaping, timings and techniques.
Hand held machinery and Mower usage
Spraying Licence Preferred
Driving Licence Preferred
Lawn Care Knowledge
In depth Irrigation Knowledge (This can be worked on but is essential)
Great time management skills
Applicant must be, Well presented, punctual, polite and have a 'can do' attitude!
