Soul Gardeners are looking for a gardener to join our small team. Pay will start at £10 an hour and has potential to increase depending on experience and/or quality of work.
Normal working hours are weekdays from 8am to 3-4.30pm. We are predominantly a garden maintenance company, but we also do some tree surgery and planting design.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthused individual who works hard and has a passion for plants, wants to learn about horticultural practices and would like a career in gardening.
This is not a simple labouring job so gardening experience is essential.
Applicants must be punctual, hard working, enthusiastic, able to speak and understand English, able to work on their feet for long periods of time and physically fit. Good attention to detail is a must and applicants will have to work well as part of a team, carry out set tasks and work well by themselves.
