Royal Holloway University of London is a unique campus containing over 150 acres of diverse and attractive parkland. The external space consists of a variety of landscape styles ranging from traditional heritage, to cutting edge contemporary, so will offer any gardener an exciting and unique opportunity. A rare position has arisen within our gardening team for a self-motivated, customer-focused and passionate individual to work on our vibrant and expanding university campus.

We are looking for a Gardener to work within the Gardening Team in the Estates Department. Royal Holloway has had an in-house Gardening Team since Victorian times and provides a sounds basis to develop skills and experience with opportunities for further training.
experience working in a horticultural / grounds maintenance role is essential as well as a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
In addition to the salary we offer four weeks paid annual leave plus six additional discretionary days, a generous contributory pension scheme, uniform, tools and a firm commitment to career development.
This is a full time and permanent post based in Egham, Surrey, where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
