An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced, self-motivated, Maintenance Gardener to work both independently and lead a busy team of two operatives travelling throughout South London and Surrey to ensure the delivery of a high-end service maintaining domestic gardens.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a minimum of three years’ experience as a maintenance operative.
Relevant qualification in gardening or horticulture i.e. RHS or City and Guilds.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), people and team-building skills.
Extensive plant knowledge, be passionate about gardens and be confident in talking through garden maintenance needs and schedules with clients.
Be dedicated and hard working with the ability to work on their own initiative and work in a team.
Be able to meet tight deadlines, set their own schedule and manage their own work load.
Excellent eye for detail and be very organised.
Hold a current clean driving license
experience with Irrigation systems
PA1/PA6 Spraying certificates (Desirable)
Good awareness of Health and Safety (Desirable)
