Greenmantle Ltd are a busy Garden maintenance and design company based in NW London and we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for organising the yard (taking in deliveries etc) and keeping records and organising the gardening tools maintenance programme.
You would need to be punctual as your working hours would be 7:15am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Skills required
- Drivers License is a must, forklift licence would be advantageous
- Basic tool maintenance for Mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, hand tools,
- Organisational skills
Responsibilities would include:
- Opening the Tools and Machinery Lock Up in the morning, helping teams get materials and tools for their day and taking in any items that need repairing and logging the issue.
- Taking in any deliveries we receive to the yard and keeping general areas tidy and maintained.
- Checking stock levels of materials and sundries, logging what needs to be ordered in for stock replenishment, keeping the areas neat, tidy and accessible.
- Liaising with our external garden tools maintenance company and doing small repairs themselves.
- Taking deliveries from our yard to client addresses for teams.
