We are currently looking for experienced Team Leaders who are passionate and have a drive to making a ‘REAL’ difference. The Fundraising Team Leader role will be based in and around London and your duties will include inspiring members of the public to become long-term supporters of amazing charities such as Greenpeace, Barnardo's, Prostate Cancer UK, Alzheimers Research UK and Cancer Research UK Work locally - standard hours are Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 6.00pm, Saturdays optional. The Fundraising Team Leader role will involve managing, organising, inspiring, motivating and training a team of up to 8 fundraisers to consistently achieve target in quantity and quality, as well as leading from the front by achieving your own individual target. All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months continuous team leading experience in fundraising or canvassing. Our teams are currently street-based, though there is potential for private sites for the right candidates. You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment with like-minded individuals who genuinely want to change the world they live in for the better. Every senior manager in the company once started as a street fundraiser and we pride ourselves on the amazing career progression that our company offers. If you have your sights set on becoming a coach or even a residential manager then we can help you get there. As a company we were founded on ethical principles and we strive to constantly be the best advocates for charities that the industry has seen. We want ethically minded people to join our team to help us with this aim. Previous fundraising experience is essential. Full training provided.
