Together Fundraising is seeking a recruitment officer to play an integral part in the recruitment team. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about recruitment, but has a strong target-driven mentality.
Job duties:
o Vetting and screening applications for our fundraiser positions in London, Scotland, Birmingham, Manchester and Roaming
o Booking applicants for follow up interviews
o Conducting F2F and Telephone interviews
o Ensuring recruitment targets are exceeded each week
o Acquiring references for all applicants
o Guiding applicants through the application process from start to finish
o Advertising through job boards
You will be:

Preferred backgrounds:
o High volume recruitment
o F2F Fundraising/Sales
Recruiter Package:
o Remuneration: £19k to £21k per annum
o Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
o Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including public holidays
o Place of Work: Clapham Common (2 Mins from underground station)
