A National Health Charity based in London are seeking an Fundraising Operational Support Manager with excellent operational, process performance and analysis skills to maintain, further develop and implement standardized, effective and efficient operational processes across Fundraising products and activities. Main Responsibilities Undertake business process ownership of Gift Aid processes and its performance to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the process, and to increase Gift Aid recovery from eligible income sources. Design and deliver Fundraising training in relation to Gift Aid and Gift Aid compliance as well as Income Processing. Undertake business process ownership and responsibility for Gift Aid processes and associated documentation, standard work, and reporting. Work collaboratively with the Fundraising Business Improvement Team to continuously improve process performance of assigned processes.Use data to make and inform decisions about the performance of the process.In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:Excellent data analysis skills. Ability to take decisions based on large, complex and disparate data-sets. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills First class project management skills, able to identify and articulate business needs, secure stakeholder buy-in and support Excellent IT skills, including a thorough understanding of word-processing, Excel, and e-mail as well as an in-depth understanding of (fundraising) databases Proven experience of creating and implementing strategic and operational business plans.If you have these skills then please apply to Harris Hill with your up to date CV.
