Fund Accountant - Asset Management

Company client is looking for a Fund Accountant for a top Tier asset manager based in the City of London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of the monthly trail balances. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and report directly into the team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

- experience of trial balances (initial set up).
- IFRS trail balance experience.
- Internal stakeholder management skills.
- Monthly data checks.

Key Requirements:

- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, Cima or equivalent)
- Asset Management industry experience is preferable but not essential.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
