Pines and Needles is seeking friendly, motivated and vibrant people to sell real Christmas trees in our attractive, rustic forests around London. This is a fun outdoor job that many people return to year after year.
Christmas is a family occasion full of laughter, winter warmth and nostalgic memories. We make the festivities come to life in our stores around London and the south of England where people can kick-start Christmas by picking a tree of choice! We are looking for fun, charming and enthusiastic people to join our sales teams across our 25 stores in London this season.
Our company has been trading for 19 years and is known throughout the capital for the quality service we provide. We are immensely proud of what we have achieved and are looking to recruit people who will work with us to achieve more.
We are looking for the following attributes:

Full training will be given on the products and services that we offer so do not worry if you don’t have relevant experience. Successful candidates will be invited to attend one-day training between the 9th and the 12th of November.
Working hours are flexible and include weekends. Full time staff will normally work 40-55 hours per week.
Part time positions of 20 hours a week are available.
The basic rate of pay is £9 - £12 per hour including breaks. All staff are eligible to earn bonuses based on the criteria set out in training. Managers will be entitled to a commission on sales above target with on-target earnings of up to £15 per hour.
