The Role:
We’re currently looking for a smart, ambitious and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in a customer service background looking to begin their career in Business Development. The successful applicant will work within a small team and alongside our Business Development Executives (BDE), IT support Engineers and Marketing Associate to develop new business and build relationships with existing clients. Here’s some of the responsibilities for the role:
• Following up on warm sales leads and logging new sales opportunities
• Handling inbound leads and managing the sales process from start to close
• Attending sales meetings and producing sales documents for clients
• Face to face business networking
• Building relationships with potential clients
• Helping to develop new ideas and strategies to help the company meets its growth targets
• Work alongside our Marketing associate to generate new leads and to reconnect with our current client base
You:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service / sales position
• A genuine and keen interest in technology.
• Confident communication skills, flawless standard of professional written English.
• Upbeat and professional. Wallflowers need not apply
• experience in hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• A positive, can-do and positive client service attitude
• Passion for meeting new people and desire to engage with business professionals
• A willingness to learn and develop
Salary and Work Hours:
This is an entry level position, but you will soon be Topping up your salary with uncapped commission based on achievable sales and lead generation targets.
• Full time, 40 work hours per week. 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays
• OTE £27k
• £19,000 base salary
• Up to £4000 bonus
• Uncapped Commission
