Pedler, our neighbourhood restaurant in Peckham, is looking for Chef de Partie to join our team.
We are looking to employ a full time Chef de Partie who wants to be part of a small but passionate kitchen team, has a great work ethic and who loves good food!
Your role would include:
- working on all sections of the kitchen
- preparing dishes from scratch using fresh and seasonal ingredients, to create our ever changing menu
- Deep cleaning (high cleaning standards)
- Storing of deliveries and product
- over seeing Commis chefs and Kitchen Porters
-working up to 6 shifts a week over 5 days, working brunch and dinner services
-One years experience required
