Balans Soho Society are expanding and we are looking for people to join us in our iconic 24 hour restaurant in the heart of Soho.  We use the freshest ingredients we can source and all our food is cooked from scratch, which is something we’re very proud of. We are a bohemian, vibrant, atmospheric restaurant group and we’re currently recruiting staff of the same calibre for our Soho restaurant.

We are looking for full time and part time waiters and waitresses with a passion for great service who want to be part of an ambitious, expanding group.

We will:

-              Provide great training in order for you to understand the great produce you are selling.

-              Pay you well, we believe our waiters should be rewarded for working hard.

We expect you:

-              To be fluent in spoken English.

-              To have the confidence to interact with your guests, not just take orders.

-              To be flexible in your working week, this is a 24 hour restaurant and you will be expected to work overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant environment but it is not essential. If you have the attitude to work hard and learn quickly, paired with a cheeky smile, you will be right for the role.
