Balans Soho Society are expanding and we are looking for people to join us in our newest adventure in Clapham. We use the freshest ingredients we can source and all our food is cooked from scratch, which is something we’re very proud of. We are a bohemian, vibrant, atmospheric restaurant group and we’re currently recruiting staff of the same calibre for our new Clapham restaurant.
We are looking for full time and part time waiters and waitresses with a passion for great service who want to be part of an ambitious, expanding group.
We will:
- Provide great training in order for you to understand the great produce you are selling
- Pay you well, we believe our waiters should be rewarded for working hard

We expect you:
- to be fluent in spoken English
- to have the Right to Work in UK
- to show passion and professionalism in carrying out your duties
- to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality
- to have the drive to succeed and show initiative in your work
- to have an interest in food and drink
- to have the confidence to interact with your guests, not just take orders
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant environment but it is not essential. If you have the attitude to work hard and learn quickly, paired with a cheeky smile, you will be right for the role.
