Responsibilities of the roles will require you to:
Consistently offer the highest level of professional, friendly, elegant and engaging hospitality
Always focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Have full knowledge of seasonal foods
Have full knowledge of beverage lists
Have full knowledge of all menu items, contents and method of preparation
Follow service standards, policies and procedures
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
