The Royal Park Hotel features 48 traditional guest rooms including Suites and exceptional views across Westbourne Terrace.
We are now seeking a new team member who shares our passion for delivering an unrivalled level of service. You will need to be highly motivated to work in an environment where exceeding the expectations of our customers is the minimum standard.
You will have previous experience within a four or five star hotel and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will possess excellent communication and strong computer skills.
As an F and B Waiter/Waitress, you will work with the Food and Beverage team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. You will need to be prepared to work all shifts within the outlets to create a fully multi-skilled and productive Food and Beverage team. You will liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place and be fully conversant with all restaurant policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is able to provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence.
The salary for the full time position is up to £18,000.00 per annum plus service charge.
5 days out of 7 with average of 48 hours per week including split shifts.
