FULL TIME Permanent Super-skilled Handyman needed.
We are looking for a permanent handyman with ALL the following:
* Super-skilled (carpentry, plumbing, electrics, tiling).  Example: You should be able to install a replacement kitchen or bathroom from start to finish.
* Must have own tools
* Must have own vehicle – mileage will be paid for.
* Trustworthy with good quality work
* Typical working hours: Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm.  Saturday work available.
* Live in West London.
Rate negotiable based on experience, typical pay is between £120 and £140 per day (gross).
We can offer great rates for temporary assignments. If interested, please confirm your full day rate AND skill set eg carpentry, plumbing, brick laying, plastering etc.
You will be working on various properties in West London which we manage. Those who work with us stay for years and we have a great small team.
