Watsons General Telegraph is looking for a full time Sous Chef or ambitious CDP to join the team, reporting to the head chef.
Applicants should be able to work well as part of the established existing team, use your own initiative, be creative and passionate about food.
Be a good communicator and able to inspire others to produce great quality fresh food
Possess a good knowledge of kitchen procedures, health and safety and food regulations
This is a full time position over five days approximately 42 hours, two days off, 28 days holiday per year
