The Knowles of Norwood is a thriving pub, providing freshly cooked British food and craft Beers to the community around West Norwood and Tulse Hill. We are looking for a C.D.P. To join our kitchen team.

You will work:
- Around 35 - 40 hrs/week - this will be 4-5 shifts, generally 2-10pm weekdays and from 10am at weekends.
- The odd other hours/shift here and there to cover busy times and holidays.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing food purchasing and storage
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Preparing great quality food for our customers.
- Maintaining procedures that ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
