Earl Haig Hall Pub Crouch End requires a Sous Chef for immediate start.
About the Sous Chef role
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they are highly creative, have a strong sense of leadership and can deliver a high quality product in a community led environment. You should have experience using fresh, seasonal, British produce, cooking from scratch and you need to be able to make an excellent burger as well as a fantastic Sunday roast.
We are looking for the following qualities and experience in our chefs:
• Passion for service and delivering unforgettable experiences to our customers
• Creative flair and positive attitude
• The charisma to excite our highly diverse and unique clientele
• Passion for developing yourself
• Good understanding of the industry and what it takes to be the best
• Imagination and ability to maximize business potential
• experience working in a busy London gastro pub would be an advantage
